Arevipharma offers three state-of-the-art, multi-purpose plants with a total reactor volume capacity of 150 m3, whichcomply with the cGMP standard and meet almost all customer requirements.


Pilot Plant for Manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients


The pilot plant is optimally suited to the efficient process development and production of small batch sizes up to 50 kgs. A flexible infrastructure enables us to perform highly complex syntheses even at this scale.

Capacities

  • Reactor volume: 3.3 m³
  • 7 reactors of 250 l and 630 l (glass-lined, stainless steel)
  • Temperature range: -60 °C to +200 °C
  • Pressure: 1 mbar to 25 bar
  • Further processing:
    • Centrifuge and several filters
    • Dryer
    • Sieve
    • Mill
    • Packaging


Multi-Purpose Plant


Capacities

  • Total reactor volumne: 140 m³
  • 37 reactors of 1.6 – 6.3 m³ , glass-lined and stainless steel
  • Temperatue range -10 °C to +160 °C
  • Presssure: 1 mbar to 15 bar
  • Further processing:
    • 12 centrifuges (stainless-steel, hastelloy)
    • 2 filter dryers, 7 vacuum dryers
    • Short way destillation
    • Finishing area with sieves, mills, and mixer
    • Packaging
    • Tank farm: 1200 m³ for 20 solvents


Multi-Purpose Plant for highly active compounds


Capacities

  • Reactor volume: 7.5 m³
  • Reactors with 2.5 m³ of volume, glass-lined
  • Temperature range: -10 °C to +160 °C
  • Temperature-controlled centrifuge with on-site purification
  • Vacuum dryer and hermetic filling

  • Separate IPC and QC laboratory
  • Lab capacities for process development and scale-up

GMP kilo lab and second piloting plant

In the year 2017 we will build up a GMP kilo lab and a second piloting plant, where highly potent drugs up to an occupational exposure level (OEL) of less than 1 µg/m³ will be handled safely.
